Mr. Kishor Bachchani is the Associate Vice President-Bihar (Telecom) at Telecom Division, Polycab India Ltd.
With a focus on project planning and execution of BSNL (BharatNet) Project in Bihar, Mr. Bachchani, placed at our office in Patna, oversees the planning, provides strategic direction and ensures execution of the deployment activities in the state. His responsibilities include building and leading teams to ensure proper resource allocation, precise portfolio management, project progress monitoring, compliance with BSNL-guidelines and coordination with stakeholders. He drives collaboration across the teams to recognize needs and develop scalable solutions in optimizing processes for the timely completion of the project.
With a diversified experience of over 25 years in the industry, Mr. Bachchani has been engaged in execution and O&M of Optical Fibre Cable networks, Telecom Towers, Microwave Links and Smart City Infrastructure in various projects across India.
Mr. Bachchani has completed his Graduation from Allahabad University and done MBA from Sikkim Manipal University.
