Col. Amit Sethi (Retired) is the Vice President of Technical Operations for the Telecom Division at Polycab India Ltd. Based in Noida, he brings over 20 years of experience to leading key technology and infrastructure projects across telecom, IT, and other core sectors.

At Polycab, Amit oversees network infrastructure deployment and field operations. He focuses on delivering engineering solutions, enhancing technical efficiency, leading cross-functional teams, managing vendors, and mitigating operational risks to ensure projects align with top industry standards.

He holds an M.Tech in Data Science from JK Lakshmipat University and an M.Sc in Strategic Analysis from the University of Madras.

Manish Jain is the Senior General Manager, Marketing at Polycab’s Telecom Business vertical. As a committed, creative and result-driven marketing professional, he pursues his team’s goals diligently to grow the business or idea for the company. His multi-pronged work-dimensions comprise contacting potential customers, creating approaches for coldcalls, scheduling business-meets, deciding customer-meetings and analysing sales-statistics to project sales and elevate the entire modern customer-journey. He is also dynamically engaged in business-activities for the company, concerning cash-flow management from the Govt. and PSU-clientele.

With more than 2 decades of experience in tele-communication business and across various spheres of marketing, Mr. Jain has overseen marketing strategies from start to finish for varied organizations and extracted insights to augment their efficacy. He has been involved in diverse marketing initiatives at his previous organizations to devise scalable and measurable processes that increased their ROIs significantly.

Mr. Jain holds the degree of MBA in Sales & Marketing from the Sikkim Manipal University.

Krishna Kumar Sethuraman is the Associate Vice President of Supply Chain (Telecom) at Polycab India Ltd., bringing over 26 years of expertise in strategic sourcing, procurement, logistics and end-to-end supply-chain operations.

At Polycab, he drives supply-chain strategy for large-scale Telecom EPC projects. His role spans contract management, warehousing, demand planning, supplier relations and digital transformation initiatives. Known for optimizing operations and proactively mitigating execution-risks, he focusses on scaling organizational capability to support long-term business-growth.

Krishna Kumar holds an MBA from Alagappa University, Tamil Nadu.

Mr. Ajay Sundriyal, Associate Vice President, Bidding and Marketing, Telecom Division, Polycab India Ltd., is entrusted to execute techno-commercial bid-planning and submission for large-scale turnkey Telecom/IT/Surveillance/Smart Cities and Govt. EPC Projects. Overseeing the overall Bid Desk Management and bringing in strategic approach to win bids, he reviews tender documents and scope of works, scrutinizes the feasibility for qualification and financial parametres, prepares presentations and analyses risk-matrix, to make successful submission of Bids in response to RFPs or EOIs, on behalf of the company.

In his 20 years of experiencein 3 major segments, i.e.Telecom, Power & IT, Mr. Sundriyal has worked for prominent organizations like HFCL Ltd., Sterlite Technologies Ltd. and R.S. Infraprojects Pvt. Ltd. and Tulip Telecom, holding various leading positions and fulfilling various roles in Business Development & Bid Management. He possesses excellent communication & relationship management skills and analytical aptitudes.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Science, he has earned the degree of MBA in Business Administration and Management, from ICFAI University.

A N Venkatesh leads telecom operations and network rollout programs across Karnataka for Polycab India Ltd. Based in Bengaluru, he oversees large-scale fiber deployment and Point of Presence (PoP) readiness, ensuring projects meet strict milestones and customer-requirements.

With over 27 years of telecom industry experience, including previous roles at Reliance Jio Infocomm, Mr. Venkatesh brings deep expertise in network planning, construction and operational discipline. He holds a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from the Karnataka Technical Board.

Nitin Tandon is the General Manager and Execution Head  for the Karnataka region at Polycab India Ltd. With over 27 years of telecommunications experience, he specializes in end-to-end telecom infrastructure execution, wireline operations, fiber rollout, network planning and Right of Way (RoW) management.

At Polycab, Nitin leads regional project execution through structured planning, resource optimization and strict delivery governance. Prior to Polycab, he held key operational roles at Bharti Airtel Ltd.

Nitin holds a Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering.

Ram Bahadur Yadav leads end-to-end OFC network rollouts, overseeing execution, operations, installation, commissioning and testing across Bihar. With over 24 years of industry-expertise, he ensures that large-scale telecommunication projects meet strict quality standards, timelines and cost-efficiency goals through robust governance and proactive progress monitoring.

He holds a B.Sc. in Information Technology from Punjab Technical University (PTU).
