Ashish D. Jain serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Polycab Telecom, where he leads the company’s strategic vision, business-growth and operational excellence across its telecommunications and digital infrastructure businesses.
During his tenure as the Executive President & Chief Operative Officer, Mr. Jain has been a key architect of Polycab Group’s entry into the Optical Fiber Cable (OFC) and telecom sector. Being instrumental in building the business from inception, he successfully spearheaded the greenfield development of the company’s state-of-the-art OFC manufacturing facility and led the execution of several large-scale Telecom EPC projects, establishing a strong foundation for sustained growth.
With more than a decade at the helm of affairs, he is leading Polycab Telecom towards its vision of becoming India’s leading integrated digital infrastructure partner. He drives cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable and future-ready connectivity solutions that support the nation’s rapidly evolving digital ecosystem. His strategic approach aligns organizational capabilities with customer requirements and emerging industry-trends, enabling the company to capitalize on major infrastructure and broadband expansion opportunities.
With over 33 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Mr. Jain brings deep expertise in manufacturing, operations, project execution and business leadership. Prior to joining Polycab, he held senior leadership positions across several reputed organisations including as Chief Operating Officer at Teracom Limited and Vice President at Vuppalamritha Magnetic Components Limited.
Mr. Jain holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from the University of Pune. He is widely recognized for his commitment to innovation, operational excellence and the development of future-ready telecom infrastructure.
